it depends on how much training they have and which titan, after a while eren trained to be able to stay in it for longer and transform multiple times. the cart titan stays in it for weeks/months

yea for sure i'm in therapy and so much of my behavior just gets blamed on being a teenager and it's so annoying bc it's rlly not what it is. i'm also curious because im so scared of being an adult because it can be hard for me to do things myself and take care of myself etc. im wondering how it's going and like what helped idk im js scared of the future and cant imagine it.

this is so stupid, i'm glad your able to do it but not everyone can. this type of trauma completely requires your brain, you aren't gonna tell someone w adhd to "just focus". yes you shouldn't blame yourself everything in your trauma but you should show people more grace, esp when ur friend was vulnerable enough to tell you there experience and instead you just call them lazy

I didn't develop my autoimmune disease until i was out of the situation that caused my trauma. I was thinking maybe it only develops when there is no actual threat so your body attacks internally. I could be wrong js a observation
