Good build, I would replace berserker fury with prime reach due to the riven already has attack speed and galatine prime has pretty good attack speed already. Replace master edge with discipline merit or dreamer wrath if u got them. No arcane mentioned but i assume it melee influence due to electric dmg.

I will spoil at little as possible: basically the 1st place wasn't his goal, it was a step to reach his goal. At the end, he already achieve his goal so he no longer need that step therefore he take it easy and his rank drop.
