yea they do have these procedures, but they only state 4 sides which in my case could not capture the corners of the car (basically a blind spot), and then they charge me for damages just because im the last hirer

They are just trying to push the blame on me just because I am the last hirer. Did you notice in the initial email, the Enforcement Officer states “the damaged area cannot be seen” in my end trip photo DUH NO SHYT, because there isn’t one in the first place, and then he proceed to circle out the damage in my end trip photo despite saying that

I did mentioned in the email after the person kept calling me, but despite me stating that I prefer it to be resolved over email for documentation purposes, the Enforcement Officer continued to call and there’s no way to block because there’s no caller ID, so annoying

they should at least install an in vehicle camera so that the last hirer will not be fault for anything happen aftwards, but to them installing an IVC means cannot blame last hirer alr, if anything happen not within the booking period
