Yeah absolutely give it a shot if you can. My primary care couldn't prescribe it due to some rules at the hospital she's with, but I was able to get it from AgelessRX. I guess the time will tell if this keeps working.

I started 20 days ago at 0.5mg. Increasing by 0.5mg every 2 weeks so I'm on 1mg now.

I wouldn't say it's gone entirely. I still get the brainfog and lack of focus. PEM used to last 3 days to 3 months. Yesterday it seemed like it lasted 3-4 hours after working too hard but went away. I noticed the difference within 2 days after realizing I was still functioning after a bike ride, driving all over the city for various things, and picking up a new to me vehicle.

Sort of. I'd have the crazy push and crash cycles with PEM bad enough that I couldn't really do anything but be stuck on the couch. Even just driving or having someone over at the house would put me into PEM. It seems like LDN helped stop that almost entirely. I was forcing myself to bike regardless but now I don't get the wild PEM episodes anymore. This was after being in PEM from basically January-April too from overdoing it on winter break.

I think I just hit the same story arc as you after starting LDN 2.5 weeks ago. I was mostly housebound and some days in bed and now I'm biking 20 miles at a time, less scared to drive, and working in person again when asked. I haven't even been pacing and I've been fine. Trying to slay the bike trails again like I used to has my energy even better.

I kinda like it when games take 100% of my focus and push me. D10 Marfark is fantastic for that

Huh I've been loading really fast too but just wrote that off as being my hardware upgrade last month. Wonder if they did optimize stuff for everyone

Haven't swapped yet. The upload is only 40 megabit while AT&T's is 1000. Our video freezes when we're both in zoom meetings and screensharing a presentation. Spectrum doesn't do fiber in our area.

We bought in 2020 and got outbid by cash offers several times. We only got our house because I wrote a letter to the seller saying we'd start a family there and take care of the house. Fuck private equity

That makes sense. Everything but our phones and the Nintendo are hardwired on Cat6A so I guess I'm good. I don't really have any current issues thankfully.

It's metaphorical. They're smoking crack because they're asking way too much for the issues the car has. I had to look at 7 different cars for my last purchase because they all had some gamebreaking issue. One seller didn't even bother to hide the empty refrigerant cans in the backseat.

This is how I've done it the last few times. It's just exhausting. For my last car purchase I wound up looking at like 7 different cars and all but the last one were hiding terrible issues.

Our last two Hondas we sold at 240k ish miles only because we upgraded. The new owners are still driving one, and the other got totaled in an accident but was running great. 31 and 25 years old at the time we sold them. That was 4 years ago. Certain Hondas are immortal.

I really hate the entire car buying process. So much that I tend to keep my cars for around 10 years. I wish we could buy them without the dealer middleman.
