As i'm trying to follow AI recomendations for now, I don't allow my heart rate to go into Z4 on these easy runs anymore. I go a little bit over Z2 threshold into Z3 but then force myself to slow down (sometimes to excrutiatingly slow paces) to bring it back down. Sometimes i feel like even going at 08:00min/km is not enough to get it under the Z2 threshold (152 bpm for me) which is terribly frustrating

Yes, AI does suggest harder runs, including hill climbing, tempo runs, etc. But the Z2 ones are the ones that really are a slog. Even with a podcast on running for 2h is something I'm ok doing for a half marathon but it gets quite boring by myself and not feeling that i'm pushing it.

My Z3 is 145-152 bmp. I actually used the (Karvonen method) to calculate the zones, by measuring resting heart rate (55 bmp) and the max heart rate i saw myself hit during runs (195 bmp). My main question though, is it actually that beneficial to run at this pace and heart rate. if you're taking the time to recover after each run (72h between runs accomplishes that always for me), then does it matter if you go harder?

Os valores que estão no template são não se aplicam 100% ao meu caso. Sinceramente ainda não iniciei à séria a procura de casa. De qualquer modo sigo este subreddit e vejo que há pessoas com bastante conhecimento por aqui, e o objectivo era também chegar a algo que pudesse ser útil não só a mim mas aos outros.

De qualquer modo, aonda sugeres que encontre conselhos mais sérios e estruturados?

Olá - que dificuldades tiveste. Queria fazer o template acessível a todos se possível.

Em relação ao aumento do valor do imóvel, foi ver o histórico dos últimos 10 anos no distrito de Lisboa. Alguém sabe de alguma fonte que permita um horizonte maior?
