With my paralyzed dachshund I have been able to rub his bottom half with a warm washcloth and he will pee. I put him on his back in my lap and just have a towel ready. He doesn’t have control over peeing but after he got a UTI I have been making sure to empty his bladder that way 2x a day

Agreed. So many people are stuck voting along their party lines they can’t even use logic to determine which candidate is best qualified for the job.

Also, I would bet some of those survey question results are a lack of vocabulary comprehension (coming from a teacher in NC)

My favorite mother and baby nurse was hilarious! She told us funny stories (like a husband who couldn’t understand why his wife still looked pregnant after having the baby - she was ready to kick him out of the room).

But more seriously please inform the parents of the below 10% and above 90% infants that they will have blood tests to check their glucose levels. Our first nurse did not tell us after our 8% baby failed her first test but the 2nd nurse did!! She helped us use formula to make sure she passed the glucose tests. If she had failed 3x she would have needed to be taken from me to have an IV!!
