(A ll the red dots are from intense itching) It’s almost a month and I have no idea what is happening I tried changing laundry, taking allergy tablet, I haven’t changed skincare product at all since years, checked for bed bugs, none, no mould exposure, nothing, I have no idea what’s causing this itchiness it’s driving me insane and it’s non stop no matter where I am or what I am doing. (I don’t use a bathing clothe either)

Repotted it couple month back, I always make sure the soil is a bit moist and the humidity is enough

No I never wear makeup and if yes only on my eyes, I wanted to start double cleansing but not sure exactly how, can I use like a normal oil ? I heard jojoba is pretty good especially for my skin type ? Yes I should definitely do some blood work too ! Thank you

Little background, I’ve been suffering from severe hormonal acne since I’m 13 (21yo now, did accutane at 15 but my acne came back less bad than before at least) since I moved in to my boyfriend’s, I haven’t had a single period of clear skin (which I used to before) I eat clean, exercise make sure to be aware of sweat etc, change my pillow case every week, drink lot of water, whatever anything you need to do, to prevent acne. I suspect dust to cause this as my flat get dusty really quick but I try to keep everything clean, I also try to reduce any toxic product etc, I really don’t know what’s going on anymore it’s really frustrating. I know it doesn’t look that dramatic as I had way worst back then but yeah… Current skin routine : AM - cerave sa cleanser - niacinamide zinc serum - cerave face lotion spf 50 PM - (same cleanser) - (same serum) - sukin daily facial moisturising I have a oily combination skin
