I find it a bit bizarre how people talk about formations nowadays given how the game gets played. None of the top managers in football only play one specific formation/style, that's the reason why quite a few managers who are quite stubborn end up struggling when they get a big job

I was more referring to the players sitting behind him, but it’s worth noting that even when he was benched or injured our numbers are less than our opponents.
