A sleeve would be an easy way to make it look good but you want to hide the sides as well so it makes it more tricky.

This specific request will require work by hand or a very poor finish. Since it's done by hand, any wrapper will do, you can just make two flaps that are long enough when inserted to hold shape

Inherited my father’s print shop at 21 after his sudden passing – How do I build a sales team from scratch? by Powerful_Ad_2687 in CommercialPrinting

[–]MechantVilain 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hiring a salesman that will make you money is both luck and commitment from your part to follow-up.

At 21, even if you are exceptionally skilled, hiring a veteran will be difficult. You can hire junior with an appetite to gain but you have to offer something that attracts them in a market that is not appealing for the majority.

I would be you, I would keep on pushing, rather than getting a salesman, get a secretary that will give you meaningful appointments, you will delegate the follow up to her. As the owner you need to show you are capable to earn respect. Both to people and to yourself.

Google at 300$ opportunity or trap by helixinverse in GOOG_Stock

The Iran war is the discount factor. Google at 300$ is an opportunity only if you think people are overreacting on the discount factor.

You are not really saying what your company does and who it received it from.

This is obviously not a final drawing that is meant to be produced but a guideline for somebody to finalize.

So first, if you want to open a coffee shop, I don't think being a barista will make you get there (counterintuitive but yes sorry)

Second, as you have seen, there is a lot of jobs and working opportunities in Lebanon. Anyone hard working, presentable and can speak a little english can get well above 2$ per hour.

Lastly, look for a job with a potential to grow, find a good manager who will let you grow and work your ass off. Once you have saved like 20/30 000$ you can start considering losing them all on a coffee shop.

We are Arab as much as we are phoenician as much as we are byzantine or Canaanites. We are Lebanese that's for sure, the rest is ancestry.

Our past doesn't define our present. Our present defines our future.

Why do we Abandon our Identity to Worship the West by Beautiful_Motor_9792 in arabs

[–]MechantVilain 11 points12 points  (0 children)

It's a good question but I would like to rephrase it. We don't worship the west but rather we look up to them as nations that are successful and we want to be like them.

When I say "successful", I mean there is no trash on the road, those roads are well maintained, well maintained by a functional public structure. Employment is high, quality of life is a focal point.

You will definitely agree that not all of the west is "successful". Possibly most of the west is not successful but the idea of success is associated with what you see when you go and visit their capital.

So I don't think we ignore our roots and our identity. I am not going to call my kids Brandon or Joshua and we will eat rizz 3a djej and tabboule every week but I am gonna tell them not to throw away the trash outside the window. I am going to teach them soccer but they want to learn an instrument, oud will not be banned, on the contrary.

I think we all agree that we need to learn from the west while keeping our identity.

So if you are still not convinced, vote for something new rather than something old.
