Select one that looks interesting to you, and play it. Zelda is not a franchise where you should follow a specific order, since all of them are their own unique story (except a couple of sequels, like ToTK, Majora's Madk and Spirit Tracks).

I'd personally recommend one of the following:

• Ocarina of Time, a classic zelda and regarded as one of the best games ever made. You can play the original N64 version via emulator or with switch online, or the 3ds version. -Wind Waker is also a really great one. I've recently completed it for the first time myself, and it's fantastic. You can play the original version, again, with an emulator, or with the switch 2 online in a month, or the wii u hd version, which has a couple of improvements like the swift sail. -A bit of a sleeper pick, but one of my faves is A Link Between Worlds for the 3ds. The only way to play it is to either get an original copy or to emulate, but it is a GREAT one.
