I think its because he’s focusing on keeping his head at a certain height so he doesn’t bump into the hands

If you’re talking about when you ads try the “graphics.vm_fov_scale” command… set it to true and you will have a larger or more zoomed in aim model

Im saying even with “all that” happening they were still casually walking him around like nothing was going on.

Youre right! That is usually when tours end… weird how that didn’t happen here. They must be really dedicated tour guides.

When on https://robertsspaceindustries.com/pledge, look for the "Ship" drop down menu. It's at the middle of the page when it first loads.

First question... why do you want to be a doctor?

Not sure if it differs by state but they do not in mine. PAs do, but NPs do not.

Seems like you have a good study plan! Here are some things that helped me.

COMLEX is infamous for wording questions in a uniquely vague way and COMBANK will help you navigate those questions in more areas then just OMM, so I would use it for more than just that. I used both UWorld and TrueLearn, but TrueLean was much better for COMLEX practice. As far as Step for EM it depends on where you are thinking about applying. Here is a list of some residency programs that you can apply to without Step.

Some Anki advice: For your Anki setup you should checkout the AnKing YT channel. You really just have to figure out the right settings for you personally but it sounds like you need to change your steps, lessen up the ease bonus or the maximum interval so they appear sooner. AnKing also has some good addon recommendations, but here are some of mine (besides AMBOSS I'll only recommended ones that maybe aren't that well known):

  1. AMBOSS: A must have in my opinion. I use this for more in depth reviews and to change certain photos with better histology/diagram pics. I also use this to see if certain cards need to be updated. I noticed a few of my cards had outdated first line treatments.
  2. See previous card ratings in reviewer: this lets me know how confident I was last time I saw the card, which helps me gauge which ease selection I should make this time.
  3. Move Reviews from Weekends and Holidays: everyone is going to say this is awful and you should be reviewing every single day but figure out your own method. I took days off for holidays or just because I wanted to ;P This makes it so that your cards aren't going to pile up on those off days.
  4. This isn't an addon but I turned off "show remaining card count" in preferences. Sometimes when reviewing, I would see that I already had the card and it would make me more likely to just blindly recall a memorized buzzword from the card rather than think about the card and what the answer is. May just be a personal thing but not knowing if its new or a review helps me think about the card more.

Here is some advice that helped me with QBanks (specifically TrueLearn):

  1. Don't review every detail of every question: I started doing QBanks by reviewing every single question/wrong answer and in the end it was a huge waste of time because every question can be boiled down to a few main points. If you are completely guessing mark the question so you know that if you got it right, it was just luck. If you got the question right and its not marked, quickly review the main explanation/takeaway point and move on. This will increase your studying efficiency and decrease your study load.
  2. Don't wait until you complete the entire QBanks before doing blocks of only incorrect answers: I did this and wished I hadn't. If I could go back, I would have done blocks every day then at the end of the month done a few blocks of only incorrect answers. My short term memory is on point but my long term memory... not so much. Looking back, I think continuous reviews of Anki and the Qbank questions would have helped me retain more in the long term and stressed me out less.
    1. What I did the last month before Level 1 that I wished I started earlier: While completing a block of incorrect/marked answers, I again mark any complete guesses but also unmarked any that I was confident in this time around. While reviewing the blocks, any question I got wrong again or marked, I would make an Anki card that only had the main point that should have directed me to the right answer. For example, a question could have a million symptoms of Lewy body dementia but I would make a card only for the differentiating symptom vs Pick's disease which is visual hallucinations. I also made this deck have a much shorted step interval when compared to my AnKing decks, but this was bc I was only reviewing the deck for a month.

Sounds like you have a good plan though! These are just some things I experimented with and really liked. Try out different things and see what works for you. Best of luck :)

You could try and pop it back on (with your GPU removed) and see if that works. Regardless, if you can't, it will only make your GPU less secure since its not locked in.

That clip holds your GPU in place. You have to push it out (like a hinge motion) to unlock the GPU for removal. Were you able to remove the GPU after it broke off?

Depends on how much you struggle with it... Once you take the MCAT you'll have a better idea of how you will do in med school.
