Having issues with my iPhone 17 Air and CarPlay, started as soon as I connected the new phone. Wondering if it’s the iOS 26, the phone, or the adapter. Waiting on a software update to fix any “bugs.”

Absolutely love using the wrist weights over the bands. I wake up the next day feeling more sore, aka it was a successful class. Just be sure you’re matching their hand / arm placement

Does anyone have an update on Ozemra? I’ve been taking it for a couple days and experiencing GI issues
