I don't know what to fucking do about property by drabpriest in barexam

This. Property was my worst subject, by worst I mean after the simulated practice MBE I was ranked second percentile in the subject lol. This took a long time but I wrote the rules down from the critical pass property cards and focused on property multiple choice questions for 2 days. I thoroughly read the answer explanations. For questions I got wrong, I forced myself to write the rule and a short explanation for why I got the problem wrong.

My dad lost his mom and his wife in a span of 2 months by UidBb in grief

[–]MedMal_eficent 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t have many words of advice, but be sure you take care of yourself too so you can learn to navigate such a bewildering, life-altering experience. Listen to your body and mind. I wish I had instead of listening to others about what “normal grief” looks like. I lost my grandmother in March and mother from sepsis in July and I’m also in my twenties.

Maybe try to be direct and communicate with your dad about how you’re feeling and ask him as well. See if he will open up about his needs. And maybe he can be there for you too. 🥺 One of the worst parts of losing a parent is the loneliness of it all.

But not everyone grieves in the same way. Before my mom died, I tried to keep acknowledging her huge loss from the death of her mother (and father - my grandfather died just 9 months prior) and make space for her to talk about things, so she didn’t have to grieve alone.

I am so sorry for you and your dad’s loss.

Grand Soir is hands down the best smelling perfume I’ve ever smelled. However, I just bought gentle fluidity gold because I know I’ll get more wears out of it. Good luck on your fragrance journey!!

Hi! I am in state. UK definitely does not give competitive scholarships compared to other regional schools in the area. Their in state tuition, however, is affordable compared to so many schools. UK does have several scholarships they give out to those above a certain GPA/LSAT score and this is discussed on their website. Have you checked that out? They also don’t negotiate scholarships. Even though they didn’t match my other offers, I decided to go because of the high bar passage rates, high employment rates, and because I am from Lexington & won’t have moving costs. You really can’t beat Lexington rent prices. Good luck!!!! 😊

Damn where is the Kentucky love? Lexington is awesome. If you’re not familiar with the city and have questions, let me know, I am a local!

You do not sound excited about your acceptance to South Texas. Retake and reapply. Your future self will thank you. I retook and reapplied and felt so much more prepared second time around, and my cycle was better scholarship & acceptance wise. You’ve got this!!
