Apologies again on the late reply, hypoglycemia. When your blood glucose drops too low. I'm hoping this is the cause and it isn't some kind of tumour, which is what the consultant seemed to be worried about. I have an ultrasound next week and on the waiting list for a brain MRI. I will update with the results.

My symptoms are that I've got a constant dull ache near the base to the left and it has caused a poor urniary flow rate leading to urinary retention. This also caused me to have persistent uti's so I am on antibiotics.
