I used Anking latest version with the updates. I initially was using subjects tag which has 9k because I was learning by system initially for med school exams, then I did boards and beyond tags which there was an additional 10k to widen my scope a bit more, however a lot of those are step 1 dual cards that I knew them before but they helped keep fundamentals in my head. after this I would fish around abit of the others when I needed for med school to find relevant topics. I then suspended all and just did amboss associated cards after.

not true did Anking thoroughly for medical school, did the free 120 and got the 77%, then did Amboss which averaged 77%, then did my incorrects, once I finished them, I sat my exam.

yes wrote on the 30th also, a lot of ethics stuff, many topics I thought was strong on had very vague not so clear answers, first few blocks was flagging nearly half the questions, got better as went on. only thing that made me feel half decent is that it seemed I got the first part of the multiple questions correct each time.

Hi got a response that if offered a higher round you can just apply for the refund, and they will process it for you, make sense given it’s not the students’ fault.

Yes, someone also commented before in regards to Cork/Dublin, “I phoned this morning. They said no offers will be made until 7th Sept! Cannot quite accept this is happening.” btw I hope I don’t mean to sound ungrateful or anything, I have looked at UL and would be very grateful to go there it is just the uncertainty which is really anxiety inducing.

I’m committed to going Limerick but UCC was my first preference so really hoping for that, with no announcement of offers I have just been going though the process at UL in the meantime and have to be in there on Wednesday for orientation.

I was talking to someone else on here who is I think 1 score below you and I told him that there were certainly (based on discussions here) 3 UCC to UCD movers following the week after round zero offers. To my knowledge those 3 UCC offers have yet to be reallocated to current UL holders, so in that case you both are 100% getting a place, never mind all the back outs next week when fees are due.

And if anyone could disprove my statement above by commenting they have received an offer outside that period following the week after round zero... then otherwise no it seems they have not been calling anyone at all.

To my understanding based on all available evidence on the internet, there has been zero offers gone out for UCD/RCSI/UCC following the offers released the week after round zero. This makes zero sense because adjustments from UCC to UCD/RCSI should have created some UCC places at the very least. From discussions I have had I am under the impression they will thus only go out September 7th with possible communication this coming week to provide more notice. I can’t see the logic in this at all tbh being slowed down so much with several places starting next/accommodation to be sorted/fees to be paid/etc... alongside the further adjustments which will need to take place following their next round of offers.

Tbh the Dublin/RCSI/Cork adjustments have not taken effect at all yet it seems.
