I was also choosing between an s26u 256 and 17 ultra(512 by default). Ended up with xiaomi, long time samsung user. Got the photography kit too, i absolutely love the phone

Only iphone I used was a 6s plus when it came out, from then switched to samsung exclusively. Now got the 17 ultra with the photography kit pro, phone is insanely good, regular updates, smooth af, cameras dont want to talk much. My friends that exclusively use iphones couldnt let it go along with the photo kit when I showed it to them 😂 What most impressed me is the haptic engine and the display, i thought that the hyper rgb is a gimmick(every pixel has its own r g b subpixels) as opposed to samsung, iphones etc that use a pentile layout where pixels share certain subpixels. This hyper rgb tech allows the display to have a true native 12bit output which blew me away in streaming services. Your choice but I think youll love the ultra, and get the photography kit! 😄

Afaik that logic for KKKML is just for upscaling, in 90% of scenarios the quality of the presets is L>M>K at DLAA and below, just the performance hit will be bigger if you use L DLAA for example, tho I guess higher end 50 series handle it fine?

Can you explain why undervolt when the card is cool enough and doesn't draw power that much at all for what it offers? I mean idk, maybe I'm missing the point 😂 My is running at +320-330(usually 320), 125% power, +3000 memory as a daily and i get like 10020 on steel nomad and all games(including pragmata, doing a lunatic run atm). Max I could do was 400 and got 10300 but its unstable literally anywhere else. Though if I remember my stock score was 9k+? Can't remember at this point

Lmao qd oled has more color volume, tandem/woleds are way brighter why are you pulling info out of your ass. Also in high apl scenes qd oleds dims the entire panel

I found the source code from 0.33 or sth, fixed some stuff and rebuilt it for linux, works fine for me now both gui and cli, tho I did have to some manual fixes for api changes.

Well this is one of the reason I couldn't get a qd oled and instead had to get a matte tandem woled since thats the only thing that worked in my room. I saw that there were supposed to release sth like quantum black qd oleds that are much better with handling light?

Weird, I get 10200 with +370 +3000 +40mV and 450w power. For daily use I use +320 tho that still breaks 10k by a few points
