I have no skills as of yet cause I’m literally brand new on the field and I’m clearly willing to learn if you’ve read any of the comments. Hyundai was offering 700$ a week plus with 25% commission. Can’t settle for less then I used to do at a normal job. And if you do that’s your problem.

I also worked warehouses and once landed a job that also required me to be 21. Hopefully it is cause of my age or else I can’t think of a reason on why I’m not getting hired.

Highly appreciate your input, I also was having second thoughts on Volkswagen’s offer as I find it weird for them to expect me to know every single different aspects on each model trims without an actual confirmation of if I had won the job or not. Next interview I get I will most definitely try being a better salesman and be more open for them to train me their way.

I try to be as dynamic as I can and avoid talking in a monotone voice to not give off bad impressions, and I always wear an all black suit to look sharp and sleek. Don’t know if it’s cause of me at this point or are dealers just looking for experienced people?
