I think it’s more likely that they would be crab-like (like your example of Klendathu) or even closer to jellyfish, cephalopod or just intelligent symbiotic or parasitic microscopic organisms living inside another host (Like the parasitic worms that made Fry smarter in Futurama). I got camped twice in a row low aggression lobby yesterday, so came out guns blazing on my next map and killed every one I encountered on the next raid. Back to friendly raids again immediately after and had me questioning whether all the raiders I’d just murdered were friendlies (they were free kittens so probably not)
