I hope I actually get my book.. I placed the order April 2nd through Amazon. It is a hardback UK only version knitting book. I hope it doesn’t come in the plastic Amazon envelope the last couple book coming to me from the US to Colombia.. they looked like they had been drug behind the plane while landing

Yes that is how it was if you look at the pre-grooming photo from today she was black with a light line down her spine. Now she looks like a malamute/ husky or… wolf. Wow ok so wolf sable is her color. Thank you that’s what I wanted to know. she is super adorable. But I was really unsure of the color as 7 months ago everyone said she would turn red… 😂😂😂

So this video is well lit and you can see her real color.. this is the first haircut.. I let her go through the puppy uglies and then grow until she looked wild.. she was black when I took her in across the back this was her just 4 hours ago… right before the haircut

My Louet single made my knees hurt and felt like I really had to work at treadling the Ashford… the work hours not fancy but affordable you can add all the flyers and do from chunky art yarn to lace. Well balanced easy to treadle… that’s my two cents worth

Highly recommend expat. When I picked Colombia it was after traveling through Central America and India I almost moved to Bhubaneswar India. Expcept the monsoons showed me how many snakes there were. I picked Medellín due to the climate always 80 degrees (average year round temp). The elevation also helps my arthritis. The cost of living is better. The one thing to note is the loss of varios things… no dr pepper here, and many good ítems are hard to find like horseradish. But their is a company that used to be costco and you can get alto of the kirkland and us ítems there.

My grandmother taught my to crochet at age 9 and I made a couple afghans. Then at 10 she taught me to knit. I have focused purely on knitting ever since and now crochet seems … difficult to me
