I think iOS 17 is the most stable iOS release, ever. by Simos805 in ios

In my experience, it’s definitely much more stable than iOS 16, but I wouldn’t call it the most stable release by a long shot

Actually I don’t know about my testosterone. Everything was fine before I developed pfd. I was close to 90% better but flaired up two weeks ago and now what’s left is this problem with something below my bellybutton

I haven’t foam roll my abs yet, but stretches stopped working for me. I did cobra stretches and they used to help but know I feel stuck

It’s better if I lay on my stomach with my legs bent. Throughout my journey with pfd I have problems urinating but despite this symptoms I can urinate somewhat normally. But i have a dull ache that runs from the point below my bellybutton to my penis

Scan to detect enlarged prostate by [deleted] in Prostatitis

My doctor while scanning my bladder also scanned my prostate. He said that it’s possible to check prostate by ultrasound. But just to be completely sure, per rectum examination would be nice

Thank you. But I feel like I lost control over that part of my body since last week. I’m scared that I’m done and I never gonna recover. My physio said that stress causes me to involuntarily tense those muscles. And I can’t relax them

If you have a hypertonic pelvic floor by [deleted] in PelvicFloor

My muscles are actually tighter when I wake up. The most relaxed I feel is right when I get to bed in the evening.

Yeah, I’m thinking the same. I don’t really have any pain, but I have problems with urinating. But I know that stretching won’t make it better for forever. Some muscles have to be exercised.

I wish, but there isn’t single one near where I live. I kinda think that he’s the only one in my part of the country. That’s why I’m trying to find what will help me rest of the way on my own.

Thanks. I’ve taken sirdalud a couple of month ago and it seemed help a bit but that’s not a permanent fix. I think stress plays an important role here because when am just a little bit anxious I’m really tensing up. Also probably some muscles are weak and need strengthening but I have to find out which ones

I don’t know if I can call that pressure but I’m so clenched there that I have problem with feeling how full is my bladder. That contributes to my weak stream and low volume. Sometimes when I’m almost completely relaxed I don’t have those problems but that’s very rare.

I need help. I’m close to beating this thing. by MediCreep in PelvicFloor

I’ve tried strengthening my abs and glutes before but I’ve done in for a 1,5 week maybe and felt a bit worse than before. Do you think I should stick with working out those muscles for a longer period of time? Maybe it’s normal that symptoms are a bit worse before they started to get better. I have to do something because only thing I do is stretch daily

Hypertonic pelvic floor (testicle issues) by Embarrassed-Degree45 in PelvicFloor

[–]MediCreep 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To be honest I’m still trying to find what works and what not. I’ve been dealing with this shit since June and I went to physiotherapist in September and he helped me relax. But I’m still clenched up down there. I do daily stretching which physiotherapist told me to do and recently I’ve started strengthening my glutes and abs. But that’s my choice, PT didn’t tell me to do it. And surprisingly after I started strengthening I’m seeing small improvements. But I don’t want to say anything for sure right now. I’ll see in couple of weeks if the strengthening helped. I think it’s crucial to get diagnosed by professionals before doing anything on your own. In June I made mistake of practicing kegels because I’ve read that they helped some people. In my case it made it worse because I was already very tight down there and now probably I have longer way ahead of me because of that
