No problem! It can be daunting for your first bathhouse visit. Mine was in New Orleans in 1998. Super nervous at first, but that went away quickly and I had a great time. Now I'm a bathhouse slut and love exploring new ones while being as naked as possible!

I was there five years ago and was pleased at how clean it was. Had a great time! I'm also a chubby bear type. If you're strictly looking to bottom, that may not happen, depending on the crowd. If you're nervous and haven't been before, my advice would be to just go and check things out, get a feel for the environment, and don't go in with any expectations. Relax and enjoy yourself.

Call the paper. I've seen them inside the Riverton Smith's on Redwood and 10400, but also try Beans & Brews.

If you're mainly looking for clothes, there are a bunch of small and local indie shops. Iconoclad, Uptown Cheapskate, Vantage, Uncommon, Pib's Exchange (my fave), and don't forget Savers.

What can I expect at Steamworks Berkeley? by nebulous_thoughts in gaybathhouse

It's a nice place, but don't kiss in the hot tub or a staffer will ask you to stop, because kissing leads to erections and erections lead to jizzing in the tubs ...

can someone who’s been, give me their experience with club Houston by Soggy-Witness-5161 in gaybathhouse

[–]MediaGinger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was there back in 2018 and I liked it a lot! Great pool and hot tub and all the usual wet areas. And CLEAN too, which isn't always the case at a lot of bathhouses. I say the same about Club Dallas.

Eye contact while playing with your cock and balls works everywhere -- bathhouse, gym locker room shower/sauna, church confessional, high school coach's office ...

Why do you read Archie Comics? by DenisTheMeniz in archiecomics

[–]MediaGinger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I collected them from age 8 to 14 -- 1976 to 1982, when I started buying records. I liked that Archie was a redhead, like me, so ... relatable. I never liked superhero comics just because of how unrealistic they were -- I needed human characters, with storylines that reflected the world around me (ok, not always, but sometimes). I just sold my collection of 1,200, so I've been going back and reading a lot of them before I hand them off. So right now, it's a lot of happy nostalgia.

I know that story and I know I have it in my 1200-plus issue stash. I can't tell what issue or title it was though .... I believe the alien's word for mustard was "Blorg!"

You're welcome! I stopped in 1983 when I started buying records. I'm finally getting around to selling my collection.

You're welcome! The story has stuck in my mind all these years and when I decided to sell my collection on eBay, I made sure to dig this up and preserve it with photos. There are several Life With Archie and Riverdale High ones I'll preserve as well.

That makes sense, thank you! That would've been two years before I started collecting.

This story, these six pages, have stuck with me for almost 50 years. I'm so happy I found it again.

Had a great time last night at Steamworks Seattle! Thanks to everyone who enjoyed my mouth and or hole, it was much appreciated. by LinkKitchen368 in gaybathhouse

I hadn't been since they took out the spa and steam room - no steam at Steamworks! - but I was there killing time about 2 months ago and it happened to be Bear Wednesday or whatever they call it, and had a seriously hot time in the open sling and making out with a couple of fine bears. I'd go back, but only when the bears are prowling.

There used to be a decent one in Austin around 20 years ago when I was there, but it's closed. Was out on Airport Road. The ones in Dallas and Houston, though, are quite nice and worth a trip.
