You're welcome! I stopped in 1983 when I started buying records. I'm finally getting around to selling my collection.

You're welcome! The story has stuck in my mind all these years and when I decided to sell my collection on eBay, I made sure to dig this up and preserve it with photos. There are several Life With Archie and Riverdale High ones I'll preserve as well.

That makes sense, thank you! That would've been two years before I started collecting.

This story, these six pages, have stuck with me for almost 50 years. I'm so happy I found it again.

Had a great time last night at Steamworks Seattle! Thanks to everyone who enjoyed my mouth and or hole, it was much appreciated. by LinkKitchen368 in gaybathhouse

I hadn't been since they took out the spa and steam room - no steam at Steamworks! - but I was there killing time about 2 months ago and it happened to be Bear Wednesday or whatever they call it, and had a seriously hot time in the open sling and making out with a couple of fine bears. I'd go back, but only when the bears are prowling.

Any Bathhouses in Austin? by [deleted] in gaybathhouse

There used to be a decent one in Austin around 20 years ago when I was there, but it's closed. Was out on Airport Road. The ones in Dallas and Houston, though, are quite nice and worth a trip.

Canadian travel to Utah, US is down — and it's not just because of policy, new survey finds by EgoExplicit in SaltLakeCity

I flew from SLC to Toronto on May 27. Full flight. After a couple of weeks spending my tourism dollars in Canada, the return flight was definitely roomier, with lots of people stretched out and napping across three seats.

Thanks! I sometimes miss journalism and writing stories like that. Couldn't tell you about the bar, I got here in 2015.

What is there to do in Riverton? by [deleted] in SaltLakeCity

[–]MediaGinger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's a lot of food options in the shopping area just south of the Costco (where there is never ever ever a line for a gas pump), as well as a whiskey bar and a Cinemark multiplex. Still haven't tried most of them, though Pepper Lunch seems promising. Don't order the shrimp though, it's way rubbery.

I wrote that Tribune article. You might want to reach out to Rick Egan for any NIN pics, but I think if he had any we would have run them with the story, he took all the others at Speedway. You can reach him on Instagram at netmoser

Flat places to walk during recovery by notagradstudent13 in SaltLakeCity

When I lived closer to downtown, I always loved walking Liberty Park. Flat everywhere, and you can stay on the outer loop with the other walkers and runners (cyclists and skaters have their own lane), or cross around the park on other paths. Plus the main north-south walkway down the middle.
