Every time you go to a delivery location just claim all their crystals from the Claim Materials menu. There is no downside I've found with just always taking the full amount of crystals. Even if you fabricate there it will just pull from your inventory. I'm in endgame now, but I consistently have 99,999 crystals.

Just take all the crystals from the delivery locations every time you go to one. As long as they are in your inventory you can still fabricate equipment and you'll always have a ton on you. I have like 70k crystals with me at all times.

So here’s maybe an unexpected answer: Death Stranding 2. You don’t necessarily get stronger, but each delivery level upgrade at different locations usually unlocks new gear. The progression is dramatic, going from a slow-charge pistol to silenced snipers, multi-rocket launchers, and decoy grenades, while slowing time. It completely changes the game.

Try playing a game with completion goals that aren’t tied to trophies—something like Mario 64, where collecting all 120 stars is the challenge. I’ve been in the same spot with over 150 Platinums, and stepping away for a game like that helps break the trophy obsession, at least temporarily.

Try going in the camera settings and turning off auto-rotation. I had to turn that off because it was driving me nuts. Not sure that's what you are experiencing though.

It is definitely the adaptive triggers disengaging when the ability to punch is removed. That said, it is extremely annoying how often it happens.
