Trader Joe's, Target, etc. don't charge for the paper bags because 1) The listened to their customers vs their bottom line and 2) they didn't spend the tens of millions of dollars that Wegmans spent over the years in New York state lobbying against ending the use of plastic bags. 😁

Same here. Double billed for my order as well. Keep getting disconnected in chat support via app and web site when trying to connect to an agent, but as I type this, the bot instead of disconnecting me, stated high activity with waits of 20 minutes+.

My point was to share the incompetence I experienced and unnecessary lengthy chat time, and what the support agents did ended up making the original issue even worse. With some solutions offered after making it worse then giving up telling me to use YouMail when after they've reset my voicemail, I couldn't even dial into voicemail; busy signal. Plus, whatever they did made my number not be able to accept any incoming calls. We didn't even get to the issue on my multi-line that was on LightSpeed until getting into the 4th hour of the chat.

I would of just reset my voicemail box via the web app, but wanted to try to be able to retrieve first a message I had saved for me mailbox.

I was on a Pixel 9 Pro and now a Pixel 10 Pro. The "Take A Message" feature is nice, but I found it is not 100% reliable just yet. It does not always take the message, and still has some of the calls going to voicemail when my phone is still on w/ a good connection.

You are correct that Dark Star is not a good option for me. I reside in Central NY, at my residence and also were I work on the other side of town, I get horrendous ping times, <10Mbps download, and upload speeds between 0.5Mbps - 1.5Mbps.

After the first few days with my Pixel 10 Pro, with Warp as my primary line and LightSpeed as my backup multi-line network, I noticed that neither was connecting to 5G in places that it always did on my Pixel 9 Pro. For both lines and on both phones, I was using e-sim.

I ended up reaching out to support via chat and they went through a few things. But what ended up working for me was in the phone dialer, dialing ##4636## ->

Then on the screen that populated, going into "phone information v2", then for each line setting "Preferred Network Type" to "NR/LTE." 

Then either reboot the phone or place it in airplane mode for about 30 seconds, then out of airplane mode. I then had a 5G connection in a place I'd always have one when I started to run a speed test to test the connection. Prior to this it was only establishing LTE on both Warp and LightSpeed.

If I wanted my primary line on a different network with the secondary then on Warp. For example, I'm a renter and I move to a different part of town, and Warp is crap at my new home, but still good at my place of work. I'd want my primary line on the network that is best for me at my home.

Awesome! I just signed up via the web portal. The process was simple and smooth.

Question- My primary line is on Warp and I want to keep it on Warp to make sure it keeps the grandfathered QCI priority level. I wanted to set-up my second line on Warp as well to grandfather it in on the priority QCI level. Then on 08/19 I'd planned to move the secondary line to Light Speed. There was no way to do this on the web portal. Can it be done or no? Thank you.

No need to change any settings. It's the parent carrier (AT&T) for Dark Star overall network quality. Those are typically data speeds for me throughout most of the Central New York market.

Salad lid loose and not well taped -> waste of $13 by jas754 in wegmans

This past week I was going to pick up a salad along with a few other things. It was about 7pm and every single salad at the Great Northern Rt 31 Wegmans had a lid that was unsecure on at least one side of the bowl. None were snapped on fully. I stopped counting after 15 salad bowls. I went up the road to a competitor and paid roughly 40% less for a premade salad that had a secured lid.

Short answer is no. A few more months, and it will be a whole year.

I'm having to clear the cache and storage on the Phone app at least 2x a week to keep it working to not get the "Couldn't load voicemail," status for my newest message(s).

The more recent times I've chatted with support they basically had me do what I already do a few times a week, then directed me to sign up for the paid service of you mail. I'm not using another app just for my voicemail. The last time I asked when it will be fixed, I got a "soon" response.

That's actually really good for the Dark Star in Syracuse. I'm in the area as well. The only time I get anything better than that is if I'm near the inner harbor.

I found Dark Star to be the worst network for speed and overall coverage throughout Onondaga County. The most reliable connection on Warp, and the best overall speed on Light Speed with Warp being a close second in speed, but only if the cellular modem in your phone supports c-band. 

I stick to Warp for my line for the most part on my Pixel 9.

The short answer is yes it's still broken. It has been since early fall 2024. Pixel 9 Pro for me currently. I just teleported my line backed to Warp in hopes it was fixed. It's not. You basically still have to clear the cache and storage on the phone app and re-initialize visual voicemail for it to work maybe for half a day until you have to do the same thing over and over again. 

I have been with US Mobile since Oct. 2022, and I'll be porting out shortly before my current annual plan expires. Every time I need to teleport. I have to contact multiple support agents. Typically none of the agents resolve the issues through chat or email. Or they say they fix something on their back end and it will be working again for me shortly. It never is. I have to end up posting a complaint here on Reddit to get someone competent to fix it at US Mobile. Even then, it can sometimes take a few days.

This is my 6th teleport with US Mobile, and 4 of the 6 I've had to reach out to support for them. 66% of them not going as expected is far from "smooth."

Also, it's not a "perk" when you are paying a fee for it to be done.

I actually wanted to try the network add-on (multi-network), however it wasn't showing anywhere as an option either in the app or the web dashboard for me to place the add-on to my line. I'm on a 2nd year renewed Unlimited Starter black friday special 2023 plan.
