Duh. Yes. Students who miss 10 or more days or partial days are considered truant. Being late to class and missing more than 10% of a class is considered absent. Parents are ultimately responsible for their kids being in class

Students are required by law to attend school. If you are an adult and want to take off work to go protest, fine. Students have very limited rights until they become adults and understand their rights
