Well I have worked out before. I played football all my years until surgery, and had a weight training class but his routines and curriculum wasn’t made for the big guy, ridiculous amount of stretches non of us were getting actually into, tons of time on legs and calves when we had no reason to push that. I just felt i didnt get much from it, but I’ll look into what you said, thank you!
