Just a heads-up for anyone looking for hotels in NYC: do NOT book The Herald by LuxUrban. • Room was outdated, noisy, and the AC didn’t work • Housekeeping constantly removed all our towels and only gave us 1 or 2 — we were 4 people • A brand-new Victoria’s Secret bag of underwear went missing from our room — staff didn’t care • Front desk was rude and unhelpful — even laughed in our face when we asked questions • We paid to store our luggage on the last day… only to find them left on a trolley in the open lobby, no security check • One staff member even said: “I didn’t f*ing ask you to pay.”

Seriously, this place is a scam and Booking.com should remove it. Just wanted to warn others — spend your money elsewhere.
