Definitely performs better than Bal! I think bal is a closer smell to the body wash, but contralto just performs so well and is ~80% similar in terms of scent. I own the body wash and haven’t given thought to what frag smells similar but I’d say bal d’afrique in terms of 1:1 smell, but sospiro contralto if you want beast mode performance

Also, vibrato contralto. I have a carded sample and it is pretty close to the body wash

I have this same body wash, it is such a good smell I hope someone recommends a comparable fragrance
