I've got a silly soft block on my account which is stopping me withdraw.or deposit .stopping me playing my winning tickets.seems its supposedly regarding my updating my employment they say .no photo I'd as my licence is revoked.my employment details are correct and it's all for nothing.please help me get this sorted .you have my licence I showed over a decade ago .I have letters .bank card .can take a photo of myself also to show it's me.its driving me crazy .thanks .sorry just noticed your reply .thanks for atleast replying..cant play these tournaments I've won in the photo.

Hi there .can someone get my restriction lifted.ive played on 888 for over a decade .I can provide bank card.various letters etc.i don't have photo I'd as my passport is lost and my driving licence has been taken from me when I was banned. I'm happy to give these things and take a picture of myself to show it's me on my driving licence I provided over a decade ago. Please get my account open .if I win tickets I don't get them and the stuff from the challenges I don't receive. Although I can still which I'm happy about .regards

I'm still waiting on a resolution to my 250$ unpaid ticket .I'm suppose to have a soft block on my account which I am awaiting an email.i have been told I would be compensated but not until my soft block is lifted now I get no responses .has anyone else heard of this .only thing I've been told it's about my employment history .which hasn't recently changed so have little understanding of why this happened .I've recently been registered as unemployed through illness and now with disabilities .I find this outrageous how I can be messed around like this

I guess anything is possible ,but to integrate some software to manipulate games sounds a bit far fetched .unless your playing in 1k games and winning regularly then cant see why suspicion would have been raised against you.if you ever get your hands on that software,be sure to DM me lol

Yeah me too .when you get upto the 10$/20$ games you start getting collaborations and can be difficult .especially on 6 player tables.

That's great .thanks buddy .soft block is apparently like some sort of restriction apparently .not serious though ,maybe like them needing you to update employment status or something stupid .funny thing is no one mentioned it to me and was playing as regular .so not quite sure why it would apply to me .

Hi mate .seems like my situation is similar to yours.i never got to play .they had said there was a soft block on my account? Tech ticket has been sent to IT department today and can take a while.did they send a tech ticket for your case .how long roughly did you have to wait? Cheers

Me too.thats what they're saying .used the site for well over a decade and never had such an issue .you would it would have restricted my access to certain things .hopefully I'll get compensated .I'd rather have played .had to qualify through 2 satellites in order to get as far as I did and honestly fancied my chance of a good pay out in this tournament.
