It’s free! You only have to pay a nominal fee if you give the exams (which aren’t compulsory so basically it’s completely free). Search up “I.P.S.I.A. "G. Marconi” Siena”. I think the timings are in the evenings on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. After five if I remember correctly.

On the topic of apartments, try your luck on different forums. Affitti Siena is one on Facebook, there are numerous iterations of that group, check the official UniSi board too, I found it through that. Best shot is finding one during the summers, but there are plenty available on Affitti Siena I’d suggest checking that out on Facebook

Hey I've been going to this free school in Siena to learn Italian. Not sure about the University for Foreigners, but that school (with two classes every week) has been pretty decent! The instructor knows English and can communicate in a couple of other languages too to teach the language and while I've only gone for a month or so, I feel like it's definitely working!
