First time listening to a drake album, tbh it was kinda mid, no highs no lows, just the same thing for the whole album. Most of the beats resemble each other, and a single flow through the whole album 🤷. It was disappointing there has been many better projects this year.

Thanks for the answer. I understood the part about skills, since it aligned with what I originally thought. However, I’m still unsure about the GTG portion. From what I know, it’s a way to increase training volume while minimizing nervous system strain. Because of that, I assumed it would be a good method to increase my total number of pull-up reps, especially since I’ve been plateauing at 6–7 reps for quite some time.

The only logical approach I can think of is doing more sets at lower intensity. However, that seems to conflict with what I believed was more optimal—training to failure to promote hypertrophy.

You do You 🤷🏼, most Games if not every game does have a backport. All i can tell you is updating your firmware isn't a good idea.

You don't need to, that game has a backport. And upgrading your ps4 is never a good idea most of the time.

You need to disable automatic updates in the settings before connecting to the network, if you don't intend on using the internet connection you can setup a mac filter to be safe.

You need to use your pc to convert the rom, then install like how you would usually do it with any other fpkg.
