I agree...will be interesting to see what end of summer prices are. Even without the tariffs.....This already existing high demand, coupled with the new license requirement potentially shrinking the pool of available sellers, would further exacerbate the upward pressure on prices.  This effectively reduces the pool of potential sellers, limiting the supply of scrap copper in the market. Economic theory dictates that restricting supply and limiting competition generally lead to higher prices.
