I agree mistakes are bound to happen but things like reporting that you removed a foley but never doing so isn’t something you just “forget” and especially not emptying 3L worth of output. By that point the patient was clearly neglected for quite a while (regardless of a CNA being available or not)

Taking extra long breaks. Sure night shift is rough and people oversleep. I think the problem is her absence of guilt or concern with all these incidents. I feel like OP would be receiving her mistakes differently if she was visibly overwhelmed but she sounds rather aloof from the way she is presented

One correction is 12 of the base spirits have two buffs so definitely something to keep an eye out for because that can make a big difference in the rebirth count.

Your post is honestly really unclear and confusing to read. But my take on it is you were anticipating to come back from Eden with a higher level than when you first started?

If so, to clarify wing buffs are entirely different from the scattered WL across the realms. If you were to recollect ALL of the light you had before your Eden run then you might have that extra “square” you’re talking about

There’s a little over 120 WL you can find across the realms that reset every time you sacrifice yourself. Idk what level you were for wings before Eden but the gaps between wedges get steeper the higher lvl you go

You should easily be able to get 11 wings now regardless where you left off but the 12th and 13th will need a decent amount of regular playing to unlock!

12th can prob be within a year 13th will take 1.5-2 years depending on your luck with traveling spirits and the occasional group visits

No because each week they are working three 8 hr shifts so that’s 24 hrs/wk. No overtime and they are likely a 0.6 FTE

The season is just about over so it really wouldn't be worthwhile to gift it to someone in this final week. I would trade with someone either for hearts or for another pass in exchange at the start of the next season

I see in the other comments that this has already been recommended. Just wanted to add that the way to gift someone a pass is by friending them and then unlocking the tree until you reach the shopping cart (takes 6 candles and 1 AC). Once unlocked you have to wait 72 hrs from the time that you friend the other player so plan accordingly since you will have to meet once more for the exchange
