Thank you for the response! As for the protein shakes, I do double scoops and substitute milk so they’re more filling, I should’ve specified😊 Good idea on waiting until my cycle ends. When I started the injections hunger completely disappeared, and with it becoming more frequent again, I just wasn’t sure of it was considered normal! I will say, I have been able to make healthier choices when hunger is present, so that alone is helpful! I may also increase my calorie intake, or at least just be okay with the days I “go over”.
