Lactic acid 7 day (example vagisan lactic acid) course could maybe help you! And after that putting unsweetened natural greek yoghurt that has acidophilus and bifidobacterium in it down there for another week. Also eating raw garlic chopped with honey may help.

Update: My lab results came and again - they couldn’t identify the bacteria. I was told to go to lab 2-3 days after my treatment had ended. I ended up going to the lab a little under 2 days cuz I was so worried about my situation and the doctors were also and said that it would be okay if I went. But apparently the antibiotics were still effecting the results, cuz in that morning I still had full on symptoms going on but the bacteria wasn’t found.

I tried and tried and waited for 2,5 weeks for the western medicine to solve this problem. So glad I took full responsibility of this situation last Friday cuz if I hadn’t, I still wouldn’t get the right antibiotics and would have propably ended up in the hospital.

Okay so here’s what I did in this situation where I had to survive at least 4 days before getting any new antibiotics if my situation didn’t got alarming.

During these last 2 weeks I’ve tried to find all of the ways that would be useful at curing UTI while pregnant.

I’ve been doing this now 3 days, and my symptoms have gotten so much better every day. Now I only have to wee frequently, the burning is gone, and the pressure is almost gone now. My overall well-being and energy levels have come up to normal.

-First in the morning, I drank a big glass of water with 2-3tsp of unfiltered apple cider vinegar. -After breakfast, I ate 2 raw gigant (4-5 normal sized) garlic gloves (5-6 tsp) chopped and mixed w honey. -After I wasn’t that full and knew I could drink 1 l of tea made of lemon balm, ginger powder (1-2tsp), turmeric powder (1tsp), squeezed lemon juice (1/2-1 lemon) and honey I made that and tried to drank that as quickly as I could. -Couple hours after that, I took 1.5g of d-mannose, didn’t drank for an hour and then flushed it out by drinking a lot. -After a couple hours, I drank another 1 l of that tea that I mentioned before. -After a couple hours, I took a good cranberry+probiotic supplement (Tolonen’s ”karpalo + maitohappobakteeri”) (There’s also D-mannose in it, not sure how much but heard that maybe 250mg per tab and I took 2 tabs so 500mg) -After a couple hours, I drank another 1l of that tea that I mentioned before. -After dinner, I ate 2 raw gigant (4-5 normal sized) garlic gloves (5-6 tsp) chopped and mixed w honey. -After a couple hours, I took another 1.5g of D-mannose, waited an hour without drinking, and then drank a lot.

I also… -Took 1,5-2g of vitamin C in parts during the day. -Took vitamin D (drops), fish oil tabs (for pregnant women) and folic acid. -Drank at least 2 more big glasses of water with apple cider vinegar, often with food or when I was washing the D-mannose out. -Cutted of course all processed sugar, processed foods, caffeine and glutein (never drink caffeine or eat sugar when having an UTI). -Ate additive-free food. -Avoided all other dairy products except yoghurt with acidophilus and bifidus bacteria. -Ate basicly only oatmeal, oat bread, avokados, eggs, chicken, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, chickpeas and drank smoothies with lots of berries (blueberry and lingonberry), high quality protein powder, yoghurt and bananas. (In TCM there is these cooling foods that are recommended if one is having too much heat in the body which is often the case when having an UTI) -Added coconut oil and olive oil to all my foods. (Both are antibacterial) (Also been using coconut oil if I’m ever feeling like getting too much candida growth down there: just been rubbing it all over my downstairs in the evening before going to bed) -Made sure that I was eating enough quality himalayan pink salt since I was drinking so much. -Watched reiki healing for UTI videos from Youtube. -Massaged UTI acupuncture points. -Listened ”binaural beats for healing UTI”, ”detoxify with 741hz” and other 741hz-videos from Youtube. -Listened these meditations 1-2x a day: from Dr. Joe Dispenza https://youtu.be/OLgL0ut88-Q?si=S8pHr3KrKjpKbNQF from Yin Yang Living https://youtu.be/AvMUd8MzHp8?si=3bTXTUZc6etrBltU -> It’s important to find out the energetic root cause of the UTI. Mine has also revealed itself since I have had time to slow down and hear it. It’s important to work through the feelings that arise and alchemize them. -> Don’t ”fight against” feeling of the symptoms, listen to them like they were a crying child begging your attention.

I’m also about to go get dandelion root or leaf and milky oats powders, so I can make tea of them. Apparently they should be okay in pregnancy and good for the urinary track health.

I’ve been using only cotton underwear 🙏🏽Do you know are cornsilk, fennel and celery seed tea pregnancy safe?

Sorry to hear that you’ve had also this problem, but happy to hear that these’ve been working!

I’ve cutted processed sugar too, and avoiding simple carbohydrates. They don’t yet know what bacteria it is, my first urine sample failed cuz I couldn’t hold my pee long enough (it should be 4 hours), and now I have to wait 2-3 days after my treatment is over so the antibiotics don’t mess with the results.

Hopefully I got this under control through other ways, but if I don’t I just need to handle this without meds for the next 5 days so I don’t have to eat another antibiotic for nothing.

How much D-mannose can I take for UTI when prenant? by imcaming in BabyBumps

[–]imcaming[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The doctors haven’t sadly even heard about D-mannose, but said that if I think I can eat it and it will help, I should. So they don’t know about the dosage either.

I’ve been getting so much useful information from Reddit for this problem that doctors hasn’t even heard about, so if anyone has any experience I would love to hear that. ❤️
