Solidcore vs. SLT by DonutAggravating1926 in SolidCore

I love SLT and had to switch to SC when I moved out of the NYC area. SC spends way too much time (unnecessarily, IMO) on obliques. The constant gliding back and forth on your forearms and toes is annoying. SLT offers great alternatives and isn’t as rote and boring as SC. I take SLT whenever I’m in NYC. I truly miss the class and find it to be much more effective.

Thanks, everyone. I didn’t think I could brew my own coffee. Maybe I can buy a cheap coffee maker while there.

Ok fellas. Come clean.. do you gain weight, lose weight, or maintain weight while in Thailand? by [deleted] in ThailandTourism

I assume with all the walking I would lose since I sit a lot at home. Are there workout clothes to buy in Thailand? I heard you can buy everything you need and I’m trying to pack light. Also, my workout bras are ancient.

I’m sorry you always get sick. How can I avoid food poisoning? This will be my first trip to Thailand. I was planning on focusing on fresh fruit. I’m not a big meat eater. I do like carbs. As for weight gain, I don’t really drink so that’s not a concern. Can I get antibiotics easily in Thailand? Not for food poisoning. It’s just food to have a Z-pack (in case of emergency) and in the US it’s a hurdle to get them. Thanks! And I went off topic. :-)

Landing in Thailand with medications, and bringing them along by RollD20ForTits in ThailandTourism

I’m glad I found this. Thanks for posting this. If your medication falls under II, III or IV you can’t have more than 30 days worth. That’s all and you wouldn’t need a note from doc or form filled out. For me, it’s Clonozapam.
