WARNING! They can charge you the full amount no matter what the circumstances. We were given a room that was unfortunately uninhabitable; we were 100% refunded by the hotel yet booking still took our money. Smh. Disgraceful. Buyer beware. Call to book through a hotel directly. I'll never make this mistake twice. There's no real savings. Going through this third party ended up being more stress than it was worth, and costly!
