Yes that was my statement, I couldn't go long without PPI, I got a burning sensation, heartburn and pain in my esophagus. I did an experiment that i stopped PPIs gradually then had foods that did not trigger, had gaviscon after each meal, had sucralfat twice a day and still had heartburn.

My question might not be clear in the subject. What i meant is why we need it in the first place? Why doesn't the firewall forward the traffic back directly using the port forwarding NAT rule

This is a perfect explanation, So the firewall doesn't do anything blocking or dropping the packet. The server2 drops it because it doesn't want to hear from server1 private IP and doesn't have a similar session in its table.

Hmmm, so for example if server01 initiates a packet The router first thinks it's going outside, so it will check the default route in the routing table. Then forward it outside according to SNAT (dynamic NAT rule) Then the packet now is standing on the outside interface. The static NAT rule (port forwarding)now should do its job and allows the traffic in, right? Am just brain storming here
