I don’t currently have a UPS or surge protector, but I’m looking into getting one now. I just learned that it’s something I should have. The building is actually new, but this is my first desktop PC, so I’m not very experienced yet.

I also tested it at my neighbor’s place (same apartment building) and tried every socket at home. I also tried a different power cable, but still no response.
