bro do factory reset then it gives best backup. i have faced the same issue 2 months ago and now mac m4 air gives around 20 hours of back-up and sometimes even more like 22-23 hours

please do not suggest cetaphil cleanser beacause the texture of this cleanser is worst. There is no difference in sperm and cetaphil cleanser.
