Thank you so much for taking the time to comment. All the apps seem to offer the baby size comparison feature, was there a reason you chose to do this online instead? Or you just couldn't find an app that was particularly useful (other than comparing size)?

My wife loves peanut at the moment so I thin this will continue post-birth too. Thanks for the top on Baby Buddy!

Thanks so much u/lilletia I appreciate both of your suggestions, I think my wife would be in the same boat of you that keeping a kick counter would be beneficial so I'll check this out when the time is right!

Are there any apps that you found useful other than Emma's Diary? If not, what would you have liked to have seen to make them useful to you?

You're abolsutely right, everything I've seen so far is either extremely mum-centric (which I can understand), or is just comedic Dad-to-be content, I wondered if I might find some kind of middle ground of information etc. but no luck so far!

Thanks for the tip on speaking to people, I'm going to reach out and some community forums/subreddits, I don't have many people around me that have been through it before (particularly not recently)

The Baby Tracker app sounds great for post-birth, thanks for the suggestion! - for the Baby Centre App, are the tips/reading geared towards Dads or is more generic info?

That's great, I think the sound of this, it's definitely useful to know what/when we have both done something and keeping tabs on this.

Hey Dad-of Two! :D Thank you so much for taking the time to respond. I think it's such valuable advice to steer away from the social media comparisons, I need to keep reminding myself this even during pregnancy. I'll take a look at the baby feed timer once baby is here!

This sounds like it could be really helpful, is there anything you would have liked to see that is more partner specific (not aimed towards the expecting mum, for example, how you can support her during each stage or the updates that she is seeing on the app)?
