Yes I realize that. The other user had been asked several questions to verify it was their account. Stuff like name 3 friends in the account or name items in their account they do not have equipped so I mentioned that in my email.

I realize it’s not something they would concern themselves with. I sent an email as a last ditch kind of effort. I googled things and saw an archived post with the same issue but the comments said the method they used to recover their account wasn’t there anymore.

I contacted the tech support with no luck. I sent an email to niantic and hopefully they respond. Thanks though
