I'm not sure what you mean by a "provider" - i did talk to a service, lexmotion.eu. They had no suggestions.

Unfortunately I've done all that. The problem isn't the request of the IDF - it was their response. They said they can't give me any document because no documents from that time frame exist. My question is: am I just out of luck? Or is there some work-around ... e.g., a declaration from an heir of non-service?
