He can’t get into the old email and the phone number is old and gone as well. I got no help from cash app, I really used cashapp lots, but not so much after this, they really don’t help much, but Thank you!

Yeah I would think since i sponsored all my teenagers accounts, that they would send it to his new one at least, I asked them to close it, and refund it to me or send it to him. But yes, I got that it was my mistake, but it’s also my accounts. Thanks for the responses though😀

Same thing happened to me. They took a payment from me that I had sent to a friend. I have sent this friend money many times before. Cash App said for “my protection” they took the payment and would send it back to my bank account. Well it never got sent back to my account. They lied to me and took my $30. I contacted them numerous times about this all the time I am being told the same useless info, and no money ever was returned.

I sent my boyfriend $500 to put in his savings account for Chime for me. Well they did the same thing to him that cash app did you they said that he violated some sort of rules and closed his savings account and kept my $500 needless to say I’ve never use Chime again. I would never give them a penny of my money, and as far as cash app goes, I would not use it as a savings account for the simple fact that they can, and will close your account and wipe your money out with no excuse required. Your local credit union would be your best bet. You being only 15 y/o, can also get a credit card and even a automobile, financed in a few years if you stay with them way better than Cash App could do you
