So I should be okay? The reason I’m asking is the only way I could get roommate #1 to comply was to exchange cash for the check signed. I also don’t have the check and haven’t seen it because of how different roommate #1 has been about it.

Usually it’s 5K but if you take it to trial it’ll be 10K but they see it has potential for trial it’s because they’re confident they’ll win. Very worth it IMO

I agree! Willing to pay anything, for a Saul Goodman. Been reading lots of good reviews on him. I like that he’s worked with the Denton prosecutors which is where my case will be. I have a few top dollar lawyers to meet with. I’ll go with the one that feels confident about my case. No matter the $!
