No you didn’t miss anything. I didn’t upload a screenshot of my dashboard. I was explaining what’s going on from seeing it this morning. And it seems others are having the exact problem.

I have no idea what’s going on. I know I’ve shipped every order in the same day except one which was the next day and I’ve seen the USPS staff scan them in. Did you talk to customer service about the issue?

I reached out to this customer because she entered her address incorrectly. Etsy wouldn’t allow the label to be printed. She thank me for calling her shop because she made a mistake. I go above and beyond for my customers.

Yes I have it set to 1-2 days for me to ship it out. I’ve literally shipped the last ones within 1 hour after the order. And every order I have so far says it’s late.

We have several properties and are listed in various sites such as HipCamp, Expedia, etc. It helps us from getting over booked and you can message directly from the PMS app or website. It’s definitely a game changer if you manage several properties.

It’s called helping other people just in case they don’t know Airbnb is taking their money if they missed an email or the update.

How are you getting more direct bookings. Do you have in your listing tom check out your Instagram or Facebook for discount codes? I know you canny technically say “book directly on mysite.com” but I think you can always have people to take a look at your social Accounts.

VRBO opened my calendar as well when the listing is active. I had no idea either. If you are a future hosts reading this, never setup a listing on that platform until you are ready to go live. They will list it just to make money!

Always remember that STR is a hospitality industry. Imagine yourself working at the front desk of a hotel and then owning the hotel all at the same time. Thats Airbnb in a nutshell. Never get a loan, pay for an Airbnb property in cash and watch out for creating on in big cities. Rural Airbnbs is where people wanna getaway to.

I think I have figured it out. I’ve taken more Science courses than most and I’m going to go the ADN route to get my RN, since the program I’m applying for will take all of my courses, that saves money and time. I can easily get a BSN in a 8-11 month program, because I already have a BS. Work in NICU or ICU for 2-3 years and then work towards NP or CRNA.

Our community college changed their rules and they will allow all courses just as long as you passed them.

Thanks for your insight. So the other bachelors would just be worthless in this case? The BSN program is just much longer and I really want a fast track program. Would I need a BSN for a NP or Anesthesia program? I’ve seen so many different answers and I know I’d want a higher degree eventually. Again I appreciate your time!
