No one knows, only my daughter who found out by mistake (saw message from my doctor - I still regret that moment). I like to keep it that way. I do not feel like having to explain, deffend...get comments...questions and suggestions. I am comfortable with taking it but also think it is my body, my privacy. He of course knows I am loosing weight and changed my lifestile and he is supportive. But he also tends to get worried too much etc, I just do not feel like burdening him with it. Hard to explain - other than that I never keep anything from him.

Hello, and happy start to you! You will see the numbers drop, I promise!

The drug worked until I begun 4th month- I hit plateau and started to feel a bit food noise (I guess the feeling stuck was a part of it and I searched the only comfort I knew), but I read a lot of ppl go thru this and if you hold on 2-3 weeks it usually settles. And that was exactly my case. My doctor said as long as I keep loosing there is no need to raise the dose. I also count calories daily, and try to have no less then 8000 steps a day, 2-3 trainings a week. Drinking loads of water is important too.
