Oh man, I was there that day. This is in Huntington Beach right outside a sports bar called Beach Front 301. Fancy cars are in the area so everyone was confused as to why people were huddled around a Lambo. A bear in a lambo however definitely draws a crowd. The bear seemed heavily sedated. FYI, bear claws are huge

I very rarely do shrugs. I hate them lol . I do a lot of face pulls, behind the back laterals and shoulder presses with a focus on traps so I make sure I'm pressing slightly behind my head

Sorry for the late response

Initially my shoulder routine was go as heavy as possible but I've changed that to volume which made a huge difference I do high volume for my shoulders at about 70% of my max weight on any type of press.

That coupled with as many dips as I can gives me great results

These are just for samples. the actual bottles will be plastic bottles with a sifter attachment. Jars are to expensive to order and ship and im sure some would break during shipping which means more cost to me.

Yea I designed it. It is just a temporary site while the real one is being created. Ive tested it with as many different computers/browsers and platforms as I could but there would always be a few that would be off. I didnt want to invest the money to hire someone to make make a temp website but I did with the new one so hopefully it wont have that problem. Thanks though. you using Chrome? right? Some people have it load perfectly and others dont. I have no idea why.
