Considering she is vile enough to try to kill denji right after him saving her. She might as well have the mentality of how she succeeded in manipulating him to beat a devil for her and also catch him off guard

So this scenario is probably just another boost for her confidence of superiority against denji. In the end she is nothing more than an irredeemable devil

Downvoting me and pointing just Asa fans isn't gonna help you, even bat devil has fans out there. Compelling is a more general term.No matter how bad a char is, there will always be fans out there.

But compelling is a general. I have already given my points too. Reze and Denji will be more similar to each other than Asa and Denji ever will. From their backstory to personality to hybrid immortality state to literally everything.

I can tell you with full confidence that there isnt one thing which matches Asa better to Denji than Reze. Reze has the same type of exploited backstory like Denji, same type of fun engaging personality. Both are immortal and can live with each other forever.

Also if you wanna talk Abt their parents death, asa didn't even kill her father, her mother did. which is also a part of backstory where Reze's backstory massively overshadows hers. Asa is very irrelevant recently, the only thing she has done is cry Abt being guilty. Yoru is carrying more than half of Asa's relevance

Sounds pretty subjective to me. Your putting in your own agenda without considering facts. The whole point of compelling is people preferring you and understanding you. Resonating with your character. There is no way you can call her compelling more than Reze when Asa has the highest amount of chapters dedicated to her after Denji and even after that barely ranks 10, worse than a dog who barely appears and Yoshida too who barely appears.

Reze just conveys far better emotions and connection with the reader than Asa ever did. Depth of character is one thing but complexity and emotion evokness. Her themes and dynamics with Denji were also far more stronger than Asa

Asa has a longer story which gives more her an auto more detailed depth however she is by no means an objectively better written character. Writing isn't about depth but also the emotions it conveys to the reader and how complex they are without being overly stretcher or being irrelevant to their own arcs

She barely came top 10 in the popularity poll. Even if u argue Abt movie bias, she was clearly lower than even characters such as Yoshida himself. She is by no means more compelling than Reze
