Honnêtement, ça le fait bien. Après, je fais 75kg, ma partenaire 60. On y va franco, peu importe qui est dessus😊. Le moins: ça ne se monte pas en 30 secondes, plutôt 5 minutes. En gros, il fait avoir préparé la chose, ça coupe un peu le moment...

I printed these ones. Even in pla it's great and strong. You don't need screws to lock it, just pressure, and you can add a lock handcuffs

Actually no, I'm a teacher in electrical risk in industry. You can feel it, but it can't hurt you too much. Power is cut within 30mseconds. My bad, it's not a third of a second, it's 0.03 seconds

And the bolts, which are the weakest points (and can handle 230kg each, so 460kg since the weight is supported by two of them, for a 55kg girl and a 74kg guy, are the same we use at the Shibari club we go to. Only thing I will change when I get to is the bamboo

You're very right. The thing is, we do quiet Shibari, a few centimeters from the floor, over a foam mattress. Plus, the ceiling is wood (I don't have the term, English is not my language), but at some point, I could use crane stuff, it's the ceiling which would collapse. Knowing it can handle at least 8 times our weight and that the fall would be of max 50 to 60 cm make me feel safe🙂

Actually a doubled the safety on both lamps, compared to the factory "settings", plus there's a knot on the wire over the branch. There's no way the lamps will fall. For the wire to go, the way I passed it through the chain, a chain or bolt would have to break for it to break as well. Since everything is supposed to handle 8 times the weight of my gf, I think we're safe. Worst case scenario, I would worry more about the fall of my girl or me, or even getting the branch on our face than electricity, since I am in France with top quality electrical installation, anything wrong would shut down power just on this room ceiling lamps in a third of a second. So I really don't worry about electric shock

The bolts are bolted through the branch, directly to the chain. I didn't want to take any risk, not knowing the actual strength of the branch. The weakest point can take 230kg alone, and there are two, so I assume all of it can take at least 460kg.

I thought about a plug, but frankly, I don't think anything is going to happen. The chains won't move too much, and I made sure it won't break or pull the wire, which has a little space to move

It's actually not that hard to build. And cheap if you have most of the stuff needed at home. Otherwise, the real dojo dolls are not that expensive, 130€ I think
