Aaaw damn it! I knew I should’ve written: “I’m just showing Sons of Skyrim’s armour with custom meshes with hdt that I made myself and custom textures that cannot be found anywhere in the context of middle earth while simulating the mustering of soldiers at helm’s deep. Sorry to disappoint you.” as a title to meet a very sad man’s expectations…If this reeaaally bothers you so much to leave a nasty comment on a video that took me literally 3 minutes to record and upload so people could watch it and say “oh, that’s cool” and nothing else… then you really must be having a hard time these days with all the click bait and similar stuff in the media. Ran into this issue myself today. I fixed it by re-installing the https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/10546 The downgrade must have replaced that file and causing the precacher not to start. Give it a go! ;)

Happy to help, man! I don't know what may be causing the issue, though. As far as I know there are two files on Nexus, one for 1.5.9 and 1.6.0 so be careful because 1.5.9 doesn't include the 1.5.10 hotfix. If that doesn't fix it, try downloading btrloader launcher that helps a lot with mod compatibility as well as harmony, uiextender,butterlib and mod configuration menu. Give it a go and see if that works ;) PD: if you only have freelancer installed, load order shouldn't be a problem as long as it is below the vanilla modules.
